HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

The Pleasant View Village Homeowners Association (HOA) is comprised of all residential property owners.   The commercial section of the Village is a completely separate Association with no affiliation.   The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors of volunteer HOA members.  

 

MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Paragon Management, Inc. is the HOA's property management services provider.   Services include dues collection, bill pay, financial statement preparation, tax and annual filings.   HOA dues are remitted to Paragon Management.
