To ensure the standards of the community are maintained, all new construction and renovation to existing homes must follow the guidelines set forth in the Architectural Design & Review policy.    This policy calls for an Architectural Design & Review Committee (ADRC) to review and approve all new construction and changes to the exterior of existing homes.   The ADRC is comprised of volunteer members appointed by the HOA Board of Directors.

Below are links to the policy and the related forms that must be completed by the builder or homeowner, as applicable, and submitted to the ADRC for review and approval.  No construction can commence until the ADRC has be provided formal approval.
